Anywhere from 10 to 15 is within normal, typically about two years after breast development begins. The first years of cycles are often irregular while the hormonal axis matures, which is expected rather than worrying.
Investigate when a period has not arrived by 15, or within three years of breast development starting, or if periods begin before age 8.
