Questions

Before you apply

Common questions

What is the Gym Passport?
A partner network we are building now. AskDoc members get a pass that partner gyms honor with a welcome offer, usually a free first visit or 50% off, chosen by the gym. A member discovery map is coming, and founding gyms are listed on it first, at no cost.
What does it cost the gym?
Nothing. No listing fee, no commission on memberships you sell, no contract. Your only cost is the welcome offer you choose to honor, and you set that yourself.
Why would AskDoc send us members?
Because our whole platform pushes people toward movement. Members track daily goals, follow guided workouts and are told by doctors that exercise is the best medicine they can get. A nearby gym that welcomes them is the natural next step, and we would rather send them to you than nowhere.
What kind of people would walk in?
Health-first adults, many of them beginners, over-50s, or people returning after illness. They arrive with a plan and a reason. Gyms that are patient with beginners do especially well with them.
What happens after we apply?
A real person reads it, confirms details with you by email, and agrees the exact wording of your offer. When the discovery map launches, your listing goes live with your sign-off, and members can find you. We never publish anything you have not approved.
Can we change or leave later?
Any time, with one email. The offer is yours; we just tell members about it.
