Common questions
Is the 28-Day Reset really free?
Completely. Every workout, timer and lesson is free, with no card and no trial, and nothing on this site is locked behind an account. A free account simply keeps your progress safe and personalizes the plans, and signing up is free, always. The program exists because people who move for 28 days tend to stay for the guides, tools and doctors.
Do I need equipment or a gym?
No. The whole program uses a sturdy chair, a wall and floor space the size of a towel. Walks happen wherever you are. Nothing needs to be bought for any day of the 28.
Can this actually build muscle?
Yes, on the Young & Strong track, if you respect its one rule: the last two or three repetitions of every set should feel like work. Slow lowering, harder versions and added reps are how bodyweight training keeps progressing month after month. Chasing a bigger physique beyond that? The strength guide explains progressive overload with weights, and a doctor and certified coach can build your next month around it for $99.
Which track should I pick?
Fresh Start if you are new, returning after a break, or 60 plus. Steady Builder if you already move and want structure, which fits most people in their 40s and 50s. Young & Strong if you are in your 20s or 30s or already active: it is the muscle month, three strength days a week with progression built in. You can switch tracks any time without losing your progress.
I am new to exercise, or over 60. Is it safe?
The Reset was built to start gentle: week one is easy on purpose, and the harder days always list an easier version that still counts. Every move in the guided workouts has a chair or wall option. If you have a heart condition, chest pain, or dizziness with effort, check with your doctor before starting, and stop any exercise that causes sharp pain.
What if I miss a day?
Nothing breaks. There are no losing streaks and no punishments. The program simply waits, and your next day is there when you come back. Days unlock one per calendar day, so the Reset takes at least 28 days by design.
How long does each day take?
Between 2 and 16 minutes. The first day is a two minute health test. Workout days run 8 to 16 minutes with the timer counting for you. Walk days grow from 15 to 30 minutes across the month.
What happens after day 28?
You retake the health age test from day 1 and compare. Then the maintenance plan is one sentence: keep two strength days a week, keep walking, and keep the two habits you chose. If you want the next month built around your body and conditions, a doctor and certified coach can build a personal plan for $99.
