Common questions

How can five short checks say anything about my total health?
Each one is a recognized screening angle: health age summarizes the habits that move lifespan, the sleep check uses the questions doctors screen with, and the brain tests measure real reaction, memory and focus. Combined, they sketch a picture. What they are not is a medical exam: no quiz replaces blood work and a doctor, and the score says so.
Is the score accurate?
It is honest rather than precise: a weighted snapshot of screening results, built to be retaken. Its real value is the trend. A 58 that becomes a 71 after a month of the 28-Day Reset is telling you something no single number can.
Do I need an account?
No. Every check and the combined score are open to everyone, and your results live on your device. A free sign-in adds one thing: the score is kept in your health record so you can watch it change across months and devices.
What should I do with my score?
One thing, not five. The page names your weakest area and links straight to it, and the 28-Day Reset lifts all of them at once: one small thing a day, with your health age retested at the end so the change is proven.
