Our panel covers every major specialty, in the format you prefer: in writing, or face to face on video. The Health Review reads your numbers, history and reports and returns a written map of where your health stands and what to work on, in order. The Circle members ask one written question a month, answered by the right expert starting from your real numbers, for $29 a month.
Large studies following hundreds of thousands of people keep converging on the same set: not smoking, daily movement, seven plus hours of sleep, blood pressure and blood sugar in range, mostly plants, little alcohol, strong relationships, and screening on schedule. People holding most of these levers in midlife outlive those holding none by roughly a decade, and spend more of it healthy.
Do I need a longevity clinic or expensive testing?
The levers above carry the evidence, and they cost almost nothing. Where a clinic adds convenience, coaching and testing around those levers, this program hands you the levers directly: free tools to measure, a free month to act, and a doctor in writing when a number needs one. Blood work through your regular doctor covers the tests that matter.
Do longevity supplements like NMN or resveratrol work?
Not on current human evidence. The animal results keep making headlines; the human trials so far show little or nothing on hard outcomes. The honest shortlist stays boring: vitamin D if you are low, and whatever a real deficiency test shows. Money aimed at living longer works measurably harder in running shoes and a blood pressure cuff.
Is it too late to start at 50 or 60?
No, and the data is cheering. Quitting smoking at 50 recovers years. Exercise started in your 60s still cuts mortality and protects the brain. Blood pressure treated at any age prevents the strokes ahead of it. The compounding starts whenever you do.
